I haven't tried creating a new installation but keeping just vcredist 2015 on the current installation works well too

Processing all vcredist 2010~2015 may be hard. I'm not facing this problem so I cannot test on my own. Can you check if vcredist2015 or vcredist2019 are enough?

I had the same issue. To solve this, I first added the vcredist2015 and vcredist2015. Then I installed Epic Store.
