From your demo video, the localization of the tracker is accurate. However, I notice some strange recurrent jittering of the bounding box as well as its inaccuracy (say, consistently larger than the object), which suggest some potential bugs in preprocessing/post processing (most likely the coordinate transform part).

A example without strange jittering is presented here

Maybe a debugging procedure is needed?
