Passing a date into ndWeekly that matches the criteria was returning that date instead of the next date.

Issue seems to be with ndWeekly checking:

if dat.Before(d) {
    continue
}

instead of:

if !dat.After(d) {
    continue
}

Updated ndWeekly and tweaked weekly_test.go to attempt to fix this issue in #3.

Setting the Recurrence.Location parameter to a zone with DST will manipulate the time.

Example with Recurrence.Frequence: Weekly:

2017-03-20 15:00:00 +0100 CET
CET switches to DST => +0200 CEST
Recurrence.GetNextDate() returns
2017-03-27 16:00:00 +0200 CEST
