Need to replace localhost in /etc/identity_v3.templates too
FYI, for when you start using Keystone V3 compatibility from Openstack clients or Heat, you'll need to update install_jumpgate.sh so:
sed -i 's/localhost/0.0.0.0/g' /etc/identity.templates
also should have this below it
sed -i 's/localhost/0.0.0.0/g' /etc/identity_v3.templates
