I'm confused by how to start the transcoding process using these tools. I dropped my mkvs into the "Convert" folder like the readme suggests, but nothing happened. Is there another step in there somewhere?

Hi, I'm admittedly a Mac-newbie and am used to removing apps by simply moving to the trash. How can I uninstall Transcode?

I love the idea of this! I can't seem to get it to run on Catalina - is it compatible?

When I add a video to /Transcode/CONvert, nothing happens.

I opened settings to see what needed to be done, an received this error message:

"The action “Run AppleScript” encountered an error: “{{9.0, 0.0}, {243.0, 18.0}} doesn’t understand the “size” message.”"

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
