Currently there's no licence.md nor licence entry in composer.json. I would go with MIT, but I'm open to discussion.

• Package needs to work with Laravel 9, so Illuminate dependencies should be bumped to ^9.0.0
• Codestyle package should be updated
• GHA workflow should operate on PHP 8.0 and 8.1

The idea is to install the package in some real-life Laravel application and find out if there are any problems with the package.

Test suites and codestyle check should be ran after every commit to every pull request.

We need a service provider and a command for new package.

After calling php artisan blumilk:stubs I would like the script to create a symbolic link stubs pointing to vendor directory. The same command with flag --copy should copy all stub files from vendor to stubs directory in application main directory.

We need to add strict types declaration, clear useless comments, add type hints and return types, remove facades and do general clean up.
