For the first time, histA[histIndex],  histB[histIndex] and  histC[histIndex] 
are not initialized either. 

  avgA += valA - histA[histIndex];
  avgB += valB - histB[histIndex];
  avgC += valC - histC[histIndex];

Besides, all these three variables are set by += or -=, instead of =. If the 
error of ADC is accumulated for a long period, the related branches may not be 
entered.

Any explanations? 

To avoid to get into BusFault_Handler,
because the two functions will set LED but statusLed  and errorLed are NULL
