Appears I never committed util.c -_-. Check home computer for file.
Function first appears in b2aae14.

Need a src and includes folder i guess? look for examples of how other projects do this

need $(ROOT)/docs w/ pretty formatted .md files
-Do some research into how much formatting md can do
-Find out if you can make a navigable sort of thing with github

Revisit this function once I have code that actually needs to use it, so that I have a better idea of what it should take and return.

Add a linked list of observer methods to the Model.

• Implement a map function into LinkedList
• The Model will call model_notify() which calls all methods in the linked list via map.
• Calling add_observer( void (*) (SyllableModel*) ) adds the method to the list.
• Use your function pointer to remove yourself from the observer list.
