focalmechclassifier's Issues

x,y,z coordinates in function classify

Hi,

Could you please clarify what are x, y and z in function classify? Do they correspond with distance, azimuth and takeoff angle (in radians) numpy vectors, respectively? Thanks!

def classify(cartesian_coords, polarity,
                             kernel_degree=2):
    """
    cartesian_coords - x, y, z coordinates on
    sphere polarity (1,-1) first break polarity
    kernel_degree - truncates the dimension of
    expansion.
    """

Sorry, demos are not working for me and so can't track results from the demo.

Licence?

Hi @blasscoc, I find this focal mechanism inversion method elegant and the implementation is well-done, thanks for sharing it! However, I am not sure how this code can/can't be used. Do you mind adding a license to make it clear?
