Admin & Principal

• Add Generated lists of leave history per academic year feature to Admin and Principal.

• Applied leave should be able to print by the teacher who submitted it

If possible; lists to be initially approved by head teachers are filtered.
I.e. TLE/TvL department head teachers must only see those trachers within the department.

Process will start and end this way:
T (filing) >> HT (view teachers info filtered per department/initial approval with affixed digital signature upon approval) >> Adm (view/send job to principal for final approval) >> Principal (view/final approval with affixed digital signature upon approval)

Then:
After final approval (Principal), Admin may now view final lists of approved/cancelled/disapproved leave requests prioritizing all approved leave requests placed at the very top of the list; ready to print.

When adding new employee, generate password and display in modal the following information

Remove the following fields in Account Information

Confirm Password:

• Add job position
• Add role

Requested - once approved, shall be granted through deducting days of leave requested from Service Credit Counts (open count Ito/editable by Admin)

Not Requested - once approved, shall be granted through deducting days of leave requested from Sick/Vaca leave Counts.
