This would allow modules to specify custom permissions or to add rules to existing permissions. Rules could be user ID, role ID and possibly also a permission check function.

This would allow commands/modules to schedule tasks to be executed in a specific context at a specific time, with some task data.
These would be triggered with a timedTask event, with arguments name, context and data.
name would be name of the task, context is the context of the task (user and/or guild), data would be any data required for that task.
The event would only be triggered to the module that registered the task.

Currently there's no permission checks for user/bot.

• Check for permission to send messages/attachments/embeds
• Check if user has owner permission
• Check for user permissions (kick, ban, manage messages, manage roles, etc)
• Check for bot specific permission overrides (in DB) (probably related to issue #6)

This would cache the module object before unloading then load from cache if reloading failed, discard cache if loading succeeds.

This would allow a command/module to be disabled on the entire guild, on a specific channel, for specific roles or users

Implementation status:

• Code for checking restriction rules before attempting to execute command
• Command for adding/removing/listing current rules

This would allow improving some commands and allowing more things to be done.

This would detect moduleName.configPropName and moduleName entries in the config and store them in the DB under global.moduleData.moduleName
