Instead of generating accession number it would be useful if accession number generated from an EMR can be used. This helps to query separate PACS servers.

Getting the following error when trying to build mowoli:

Hi,

I am new to this framework and DICOM development. I've setup the project on my mac and I can successfully create an order from the web interface.

Now how do I send out the order to a DICOM machine? I've converted the 1.xml to a .dcm file by using xml2dcm. Do I have to use dcmsnd to send this file out?
