Per our discussion the other day, not only do some classes need tests at all, many of the classes have tests that seem a bit sketchy. See #57 for some related discussion.

I would like to fix this, but realistically, we're not going to fix this until we have a lot more code ported/re-written.

I believe we talked about this a couple months ago and decided that, for now, we're going to go with more integration tests instead of adding unit tests to everything.

Additionally, a lot of the most obvious candidates for testing in the list here have been replaced by standard library implementations.
