Try out hardcore mode

Add the following options to the plugin window
- Set reminder time e.g. 2pm. We can default to noon
- Do my meditation now (adds to the day streak) and presents a timer
- Watch a mindfulness video (adds to the day streak)
- Allow the user to select the meditation time e.g. 2 mins for a noob
- Daily streak
