Can the arrow button only have the clickable cursor when it’s orange?

If someone enters the incorrect password, can we have the underline fade to #FF3F46
for like 2 seconds.

And if possible, have a little “shake” left and right just slightly to indicate that the password is incorrect. I know there’s a relatively simple way to do this in CSS, if not though and it’s too tough no worries about the shake
