在生物信息分析的实际操作中，经常会遇到一些例如格式转换和信息提取等琐碎的小工作；

  • 对有编程基础者，可利用命令组合或一些文本处理工具（awk/sed等）完成；
  • 但对无编程基础者，手工处理耗费时间精力大；

我编写了这些脚本程序，供无编程基础者使用，让用户关注点回归生物学问题。

使用方法

  • 下载此链接
  • 解压，并将脚本放到一个统一的目录下（通常为bin），方便调用；
  • 使用perl 文件名的方式，查看脚本的使用帮助信息（例如:perl bin/gff2gtf.pl）
