OpenMP RPATH not configured

The imported OpenMP target works if the downloaded .dylib is manually symlinked to /usr/local/lib but this is obviously a hack; my limited CMake-fu has not figured out how to set the rpath to enable linked binary to automatically pick up the shared lib at run time at a custom location

Ideally:

  • some magical property is set on the OpenMP target so that other targets that depends on it will install the .dylib at the correct location automatically when they target_link_library(OpenMP::OpenMP_CXX)
  • the OpenMP portion of the test is separated out into a lb
  • a install target is added to install to the current build dir
  • tests use the installed target
