Install gems

bundle install

Install JS packages

yarn install

Create .env file

touch .env

Inside .env, set these variables. For any APIs, see group Slack channel.

rails s (localhost:3000)
npm run start(localhost:3001) Will ask that Localhost:3000 is in use, so please press y. In Pokemon file (this is the react app)
