Add react-a11y to ensure components are accesible.

Change structure to have tests and source co locate. This will make it feel more like individual units and make it easier to run one suite at a time.

• Have a table of contents at the top
• Better How-to section. The instructions should be brief, but not assume too much. Perhaps we could link to other testing resources or link to a more detailed explanation?
• A better explanation of the skeleton code. This could perhaps be inline comments in the first exercise?

I was thinking about what kinds of components might be good for exercises like these, and I'd love to do one for a dropdown. Anything that is relatively self-contained and commonly found in React codebases seems like a good option.

Potential specs off the top of my head:

• initial render
  • renders the selected item
  • menu is closed
• clicking the dropdown opens the menu
• choosing an options fires a callback

It might be helpful to have gifs or screenshots of what the component might look like.
