More or less:

Initial setup

1. Import the data-science-in-production-box.ova in VirtualBox and start the machine

2. A gnome session on Centos should become available

3. Login as user vagrant with password vagrant

4. Open a terminal

   1. First you need to become root: sudo su -
   2. Start pycharm by typing: pycharm.sh
   3. In the welcome screen, select: checkout from version control, and select Git
   4. Use the following git url: https://github.com/BigDataRepublic/bdr-engineering-stack.git

5. After the checkout we need to switch to correct branch

   1. Right click the project root in the tree on right
   2. From the menu select: Git -> Repository -> Branches
   3. Select origin/Feature/model_docker -> Checkout as new local branch

6. Adapt python interpreter:

   1. File -> Settings -> Project: data-science-in-production -> Project interpreter
   2. Select: 3.6.0 /opt/anaconda/envs/data-science-in-production/bin/python
