Missing parts:
*Notes is missing from the LucidChart
Collection number and period (collNumPer) is said to be mandatory in sample report table reference guide but does not appear in the samples box of the lucid chart.
Missing attributes for the sample relationships table of the reference guide on the website:
PDF build is failing for some people, including @mathew-thomson and me.
The issue may be in sets.qmd. Or at least the build process works if sets.qmd is commented out. PDF is generated with all other .qmd files.
Note there are are warnings in the PDF build for parts.qmd see below:
