关于数据库的问题

想问下最后deploy的时候数据库是建在服务器上的吗 那是不是在服务器上安装一个mongo community？
因为在app.config.js里面那个argv还没看懂是怎么用的
我自己之前做项目放到免费的heroku上就是用mongodb自带的atlas云服务
有没有大神帮忙解答一下 谢谢啦
