chore: trim the fat

There are a redundant lines in the pom.xml files, ranging from unused dependencies to (I'm pretty sure) declarations to download entire BOMs.

Here's an example of what those files should look like: CaravanaCloud/quarkus-multimodule-example.

I'll be working on a more streamlined version of this repository at codespearhead/quarkus-multi-module-project-demo.

FYI: I'm currently working on consolidating all multi-module information in Quarkus at quarkusio/quarkus#2003 to canonize all things multi-module .

chore: remove maven-wrapper.jar from source control

As per quarkusio/quarkus#26413 , there's no reason to commit maven-wrapper.jar to source control.

It's ignored by default as of Quarkus 3.11.1 in new projects created using quarkus create.

chore: bump jandex plugin

It's worth noting that according to Maven Central [1][2][3], the Quarkus Maven Quickstart and the JBoss GitHub organization, its GAV coordinate has changed.

Keep in mind that the current build is broken until PR #7 is merged.

chore: add renovate bot

Add Renovate Bot to the repository to keep the project dependencies updated, like in this repository.

Once you add it to the repository, a PR will be created like this one. You just have to accept it and call it a day.

chore: bump maven wrapper from 3.8.1 to 3.9.6

Maven 3.8.2 is the minimum required version to run Quarkus 3 as per the Migration Guide 3.0, so commit
ab64452 breaks the build:

chore: add CI workflow for testing with GitHub Actions

As mentioned in #4, the build has been broken since Jul 14, 2023. Hence, the merge of #5 further complicates things.

The solution is to have a GitHub Actions CI workflow to make sure the tests already in the project passes on every PR and push to main.
