www index.html load issue

Current Behavior:
After the build when I try to serve index.html (with VSCode's live server plugin) in the www directory I get the following error:

When I try to install it, I get errors with python dependencies not found. Can you please add in the documentation what is needed for installation and subsequently running the repo? "npm i" is not enough.
Redux Devtools not working on deployed version

Current Behavior:
The Redux Dev tools don't work on the deployed version of the app under:
https://stencil-boilerplate.bmatei.com/dashboard
Bug or feature !? I might be the noob among us here ;-)
Expected Behavior:
It works ;-)
Steps to Reproduce:
Go to https://stencil-boilerplate.bmatei.com/dashboard and open the DEV tools inside Chrome
