Allow users to specify a starting time in a certain time zone instead of the server's local time.

Hook into DiscordSRV API and send a message alerting everyone the Purge is starting

Purge can be configured to start randomly after a specific wait time. (Ex. after 2 days, chance of random activation starts.)

Ban users that died during the purge while that same purge is active. This should be configurable.

Provide an API to get the current status of the purge.
Events for purge start/end?

Form alliances that last during the purge or are persistent. No PVP between those users.

Prevent the Purge from happening unless X players are logged in
