When doing npm run build the dist/ folder should contain filenames with hashes so we can be sure end-users always use correct assets. This can be done with the html-webpack-plugin but I'm currently facing the following issue when adding that:

Conflict: Multiple assets emit to the same filename index.html

Which is right, but ran out of time to fix. The issue is that index.js includes this .html file, but the html plugin wants to create it too, using src/index.html as template. So probably should be excluded from the file loader or so? Not sure yet how to solve this.

As suggested in the best practices.

So split out dev and production config files.

Uglifyjs can be done much better for production builds.
