Add support of alerts for different types of events, like:

• zmanim
• calendar dates
• holidays

Use dp.register_handler instead of different files with decorators and handlers priorities.

Date converter converts hebrew date 5782-07-01 to gregorian 2021-09-07, at least the year is incorrect

Looks like the problem affects the dates after first of Tishrei

Check rosh chodesh and pesach

Create endpoint for ping checks

Define commands list on server-side

Add link to current day yomi

Allow to receive bot responses as a text, not only as a pictures

Add support for generation zmanim to current month table
