Yarn all things

Use yarn for everything including travis-ci installs

Add `alt` field as a prop to pass to <img>

Setup enzyme test for component and unit test for utils

Use `throttle` instead of `debounce`

When using debounce the idea was to load only those images in view that were necessary. After experimenting with this for a little a while it the desired user experience seems janky. The image should load as you scroll instead of once you are finished scrolling to provide the best user experience.

Remove white space caused by template strings

Use jest instead of mocha for tests for caching and power of snapshots!

Update readme to include usage and motivation

Render highest image by default for <noscript>

Allow option to set width to the largest width in props.images to ensure that we don't pixelate, stretch the image
