magicinputparser's Issues

magic structure expansion missing (struct expansion uses defaults)

When a structure is passed in with name-value fields, and each name-value field has a corresponding addParameter statement, the structure values are not magically passed into the workspace (it would be magical and fun if they were). Instead, the default values are passed in. Matlab's built-in parser would (magically) expand the name-value pairs into the workspace. I tried making the input structure a required argument and an optional argument (to the function), and also making it not be an argument at all (as with Matlab's built-in method) but neither worked. I did not try making the structure a parameter argument (I don't think this would be magical). Let me know if I am overlooking something. Without this functionality, one could mistakenly think the input structure is being expanded as would be expected, and without noticing, the default name-value parameters will be used in the program. To overcome this, one has to rummage around in the results, which partially defeats the purpose of the magical parser (although it still eliminates the need to extract the non-structure inputs, which is awesome).
