I like the dark theme it uses as I've set my Edge Browser's theme to Dark by default. It can also be accessible as an individual page with this URL:
This is the dark theme: https://edgeservices.bing.com/edgediscover/query?darkschemeovr=1&FORM=SHORUN
This is the light theme: https://edgeservices.bing.com/edgediscover/query?FORM=SHORUN
I stripped the URLs above from this string a Reddit user provided: https://edgeservices.bing.com/edgediscover/query?q=https://google.com&darkschemeovr=1&FORM=SHORUN&udscs=1&udsnav=1&setlang=pt-BR&features=udssydinternal&clientscopes=windowheader,coauthor,chat,&udsframed=1&PC=EMMX01#
I was having several chat histories, and all of them were deleted just when was pressed the bookmark icon in the last one.
I was thinking of synchronizing the chat history to a dropbox folder with a given url. For this to work, a dropbox sign-in would have to be implemented. Then the conversation history can be fetched and updated every time using the dropbox api.
It is a big feature to implement and there is obviously some pain involved in working with OAuth. Absolutely not a priority, but just an idea, and I am happy to contribute once I have some time. Also, might be sensible to create a new project for this.
Why?
Did a cursory check to see if this was catching "QuotaExceededError" etc, couldn't find anything. Will it conspicuously alert that there was an error, or will it quietly stop storing any more?
Bing can be used in Chrome with the Bing Chat Unblocker extension.
Unfortunately, Bing-Chat-History does not seem to work when used in Chrome. Conversations with Bing Chat don't appear in the extension page.
Is there a way to make it work in Chrome?
What is the difference between this and bing chat saver extension?>

EDIT:
After checking both Bing-Chat-History is implemented better, Also the design/theme of it is pretty nice.
Self-explanatory I think. Every now and then, something in a partially generated message will be flagged, and Bing will replace it with a short message that says "I can't give a response to that" or similar. It would be nice if the extensions was able to detect that situation and keep its saved copy of the old text saved somewhere, instead of replacing it with the new message. I realize this is tricky since currently the extension is just built to overwrite the whole thread on each update, though.
It would be neat to get GPT3 and GPT4 integrated as well
Anyway that feature can be added? Thanks, this tool is invaluable!
Feature request:
When prompting for images, it would be very useful to preserve the links/captions for the images, and (if possible) the thumbnails.)
Replication:
"Please draw an image of a lined paper with writing being inserted into a binder"
But, running export:
**Human:**
"Please draw an image of a lined paper with writing being inserted into a binder"
***
**Assistant:**
I’ll try to create that.

Exported on 16 May 2023 2:37 pm.```
if i click on the bookmarks button then click to return to the item list messages will suddenly just not be there anymore. i did it again and now i only have one message left.
Hi,
I just noticed that ">" being converted in ">" during markdown export, which is a problem especially for code blocks.
Thanks!
Hey,
Can you add the feature: [Feature Request] Export chat as Image/PDF.
With the new fetaure in More Creative where Bing Chat uses DALL·E to create images for the user. The images can be accessed later by going to bing.com/images/create and clicking on Creations, but there is no way to see them as they appear in the bing chat thread.
The new Bing image creator feature in Bing Chat allows you to generate images based on your text input. You can use it to create or draw anything you want, such as animals, landscapes, cartoons, logos, etc. To use the feature, you just need to be in creative mode and telling it to generate images and it will be attached like below :
However, The extension does not detect (?) the image creator feature. The extension is designed to save the text messages and links in the chat box, but it does not recognize the images generated by Bing or the links embedded to them. This means that if you use the image creator feature in your chat, the extension will not save the links to them in your chat history. In my opinion, this is a limitation of the extension that needs to be fixed.
(note, I may be able to help out later on, but atm I'm trying to finish a Udacity course first before the one month deadline in order to not have to pay for another month)
Steps to reproduce:
Bing is on New topic; refresh
Explorer is on 'All Threads' view; refresh
Bing: "1"
Explorer: (count to 5) refresh; you see Thread 1
Bing: New topic; "2"
Explorer: (count to 5) refresh; Thread 1 is gone, and you see Thread 2 [this might be a fluke, so just keep going]
Bing: New topic; "3"
Explorer: (count to 5) refresh; shows Thread 3, Thread 2;
delete Thread 3; Thread 2 remains showing;
refresh; shows Thread 3 (Thread 2 has been "replaced" by Thread 3) <---- !
Bing: New topic
Explorer: (count to 5) refresh; shows Bing AI - Search thread, Thread 3;
delete Bing AI - Search thread; Thread 3 remains showing;
refresh; shows Bing AI - Search thread (Thread 3 has been "replaced") <---- !
and so on
Environment: Edge Dev, Windows 11, running Ublock Origin (probably not related, but who knows)
I don't see any Network tab activity, and nothing is being printed in the Dev console (including no errors)
[feature request] delete all saved conversations/chats

Unfortunately, I deleted the wrong chat. I'm pretty sure it's related to #15 but it could also have been my bad. I really put a lot of effort into the analysis for that one and I'm pretty sad that I accidentally deleted it.
If storage works with internal files, maybe we could have an option to place Deleted chat history into Trash Bin?
I use both Chrome and Firefox for my workflow and it would be more consistent if I could discuss and export my Bing chats in the same place instead of having to constantly switch browsers to save only my Bing chats.
I think it is not too complicated to switch from Chrome APIs to Firefox WebExtension APIs, can you guide or give me suggestions?
I will keep credit of you.
