Animate can handle el: '.foo' but doesn't do anything with el: '.foo:before'.

(What I'm trying to acomplish is to rotate an elements background without rotating the text within.)

Great library. I've got some ideas though:

• Make it a bower package
• Change the name to something more specific than 'animate'. There are tons of libraries that animate stuff and are called 'animate'. At least use a prefix like BendcAnimate or something similar.

Nice to have:

• Port it to AngularJS

The transition property doesn't get added to the element in Firefox.

I was trying animate.js as a minimal replacement to jQuery.animate or Velocity, but I encountered a few errors thrown by JSHint on Jsbin: see http://jsbin.com/zeseji/1/edit?html,js,output
I am just trying to replicate this demo
Aside from the Expected an assignment or function call and instead saw an expression errors, there is a markable difference with when using Velocity. When using animate.js, only 2 people are being displayed, not 3 like with Velocity.
Is that a bug? Any ideas what's going on?
