What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Play game
2. Buy "market" tower(s)
3. Save game
4. Load game

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
All towers and units should be recreated from a load. Instead, "market" towers 
are not saved/loaded. Additionally, the timer apparently is reset and basic 
units fail to spawn for several seconds after a load.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run game with two clients
2. Allow player 1 to produce more units than player 2
3. Wait for player 2 health to fall to zero

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Server should send game over message and close the connection. Instead, the 
game continues to run and does not stop even when player 1's health has fallen 
to zero.
