Add Spanish translation for the recipe names and include in mod.

Similarly to #2 - change the container type.

The container type should revert back to a Base.Pallet when all items are removed from it, so it can then allow either plank or log items, turning it into a plank or log stockpile

Containers of the appropriate type should change between the 0%, 15%, 40%, 70%, 100% versions at the appropriate times with the correct sprites created in #3

A Pallet.Base should allow any Plank, Log, MetalSheet. Once one of these items have been added, it should be converted to the appropriate Pallet.Plank etc.

At this point, it will only allow Planks being added to the pallet. Other items will be rejected.

Removing all items from the container should convert it back to a Pallet.Base (See #6)

Different versions for different container types

• Pallet.Base
• Pallet.Logs
• Pallet.Planks
• Pallet.Sheets

A Stockpile is a craftable container (similar to a crate) that uses a pallet as the empty sprite.

The sprite changes depending on the fill level, and will only accept the items of the correct type (See #2)

Add an item to the construction menu to create a pallet (Level 3 construction, same requirements to build a pallet item)

0%, 15%, 40%, 70%, 100% variants.

0% and 100% are effectively already created, via the existing sprites

Russian Translation has been supplied by Lord Hobotok and is ready to be bundled into the mod.

Describe the bug
When recycling a pallet, 25 nails are given

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create pallet with exact items in inventory
2. Recycle the newly created pallet
3. More nails are received than were used (25 vs 5)

Expected behavior
Only 5 nails are returned
