With pip:

pip install misaka

Or manually:

python setup.py install

Very simple example:

from misaka import Markdown, HtmlRenderer

rndr = HtmlRenderer()
md = Markdown(rndr)

print md.render('some text')

Or:

import misaka as m
print m.html('some other text')
