Then same seems to happen when Scenarios are used instead of Scenario Outline.
It would better to use some kind of uniqueness filter to filter out duplicated, missing steps.

At the bottom of the main() function, the undefined steps are printed.
A set on the missing step instances is used to avoid duplicates.
I assume that the mechanism is not working, step.name and step.step_type should be considered !?!
