Add support for .d2v

get the .ts file from the third line of the .d2v file.

Passing a relative path

It would be very nice because I guess I'm not the only one, first, create the script on my PC, and second, push the script to a server.

So this:

path = r'BDMV\STREAM\00001.m2ts'
ap.VideoSource(infile=path, trimlist="[None,-48]")

Instead of:

path = r'F:\MY\FULL\PATH\BDMV\STREAM\00001.m2ts'
ap.VideoSource(infile=path, trimlist="[None,-48]")

Try to concatenate two files when there is a single cut

Example:

The issue is fixed when using a single dict "[None, -48]", though.

Add opus encoding support

Opus is becoming used more often by encoders, so having additional support for encoding it in AudioProcessor would be nice for those users.

Fonts cause ffprobe to hang indefinitely

Put project on PyPi

It'd be cool to have bvsfunc on pypi and being able to use as a dependency on other packages.

Only these steps are required

Make account on pypi
Bump package version (last was half a year ago)

pip install twine
python setup.py bdist_wheel
twine upload dist/*

Since the package has typing, it's good practice to put a py.typed file so there's no need for external stubs in dependant packages.
