I had error like the image in various instances, when I try to log in or search. I've done the setup following the readme.

I installed as instructed.

The files are hosted on the server, and seem to be working.

But it's not working.
e.g. In the Certificate Generator page, when I import a list, the link does not work.

The imported and created certificates do not contain phrases such as name or school.

The Certificates page does not contain previously created certificate lists.

"Bulk Mailer" , "Update Mailing List" , "Form Generator" , "Link Shortner" , "View Registration"

These pages never work. When I click it, it enters the "login" page.

There is static data on the Dashboard page.

Are you sure the system is working?

Certificate generation halts in-between when the process time reaches activity timeout value in members/cds-admin.php. Possible solution is to figure out a way to implement multi-threading without breaking the server and client.

There are places in the source code where prepared statements aren't used which makes the software vulnerable to SQL Injections.

http://localhost/rems/members/dashboard.php - this page goes blank after logged in as admin - no errors are displayed. im using iis server with latest php.

there are lots of errors in the sql - may be needs to be updated.

Hello

I deployed this application on Oracle VPS using Docker as per your steps, and configured everything as much as possible as per your README . I was able to get the application running but when I login with the default credentials, I get a blank screen.

I dont know how to proceed, Kindly help me out

Cookies not working once the browser is closed but work when a tab is closed and a new one is opened.

Describe the bug

• When I click Form generator or View Registration it will redirect to login page. When I login it only stay in dashboard

Expected Behavior

• It's suppose to be Form generator appear when I click Form generator

Hi, i try to install REMS to cpanel hosting. Everything look good but after login, dashboard is blank. nothing show on dashboard page.
