Improve "fluency" of Select

As features have been added to Select (notably OrderBy() and Top()), the "fluency" has gone down considerably.

Currently, I have to write code like this:

IEnumerable<Person> people = _connection.Select<Person>(orderBy: p => p.LastName, direction: SortDirection.Desc, top: 5);

Ideally, I would like to write code like this:

IEnumerable<Person> people = _connection.Select<Person>()
                                        .Top(5)
                                        .OrderByDesc(p => p.LastName);

This would have the added benefit of being able to order by multiple fields - something that's not currently possible - like so:

IEnumerable<Person> people = _connection.Select<Person>()
                                        .Top(5)
                                        .OrderByDesc(p => p.LastName)
                                        .OrderBy(p => p.FirstName);

The downside is that implementing something like this will likely necessitate moving away from extending IDbConnection, which will basically require refactoring the entire codebase.
