I can't find any conda-{platform}.txt to install the packages. Did it not get pushed up?

I tried running the uniitests but get the following error:

In test\testComplexOrders.py the test data folder is specified as PATH = '../../data/tests' however this folder does not exist. Should it be there or does the user need to create their own test data?
