#Usage

    ip = pasco.IndexParser()
    for match in ip.parse(filename):
        if match:
            pprint(match)

to yield double-bar delimited format, use "ascsv" option

    ip = pasco.IndexParser()
    for match in ip.parse(filename, ascsv=True):
        if match:
            pprint(match)
