How to Install

1. Download and install Unity Mod Manager, make sure it is at least version 0.23.0
2. Run Unity Mod Manger and set it up to find Wrath of the Righteous
3. Download the WOTR_MAKING_FRIENDS mod
4. Install the mod by dragging the zip file from step 3 into the Unity Mod Manager window under the Mods tab

Known Issues

* Eidolons do not qualify for all weapon focus feats.
* If a character has more than 2 companions (such as an Eidolon+Aivu+Animal Companion), the UI breaks.
* If a party has more than 13 units in total, the game breaks.
* Attack animations won't play for certain body-types. This is because they don't have an animation for that attack, but the attack will still happen.
* FIXED: Sometimes even if your Eidolon has arms the game will lock the equipment slots, reloading your game fixes this issue.
* Bonded Senses doesn't refresh when the eidolon changes their perception ranks, reloading your game fixes this issue.
* Some eidolons are either too big or don't show at all in the inventory screen.

Bonded Senses bug

The ability Bonded Senses is not working, the Summoner doesn't get the Eidolon's perception skill levels.
Maybe a toggeable version of this ability could work better.

Loading a savegame locks Eidolon hand equipment slots

Loading a savegame with a Bipedal Eidolon with "Limbs, Arms" locks it's hand slots, preventing it from equipping weapons. On level up when it first gains the "Limbs, Arms" ability it can equip weapons like normal, it's only on loading a savegame that it breaks. Tested with no other mods enabled other than the mods this mod depends on and the issue still occurs.

Additionally the Debug option of "Reload" doesn't fix the issue either.

Expanded Eidolon Model Options

Would it be possible to get extra (cosmetic) options added to the pool of Eidolons?

Some examples (the ones I can think of) -

Lilitu (medium instead of small)
Demon Lord Aspects (demon lord models - Nocticula, Baphomet, etc.)
Fey (Nymph/Nereid model)
Crystals (Carnivorous Crystals)

First attack type bug

Hello! I found a bug I didn't notice before. In my last run, I picked a Bulette (I think this is the name), which is a quadruped Eidolon that should start with a single "Bite" as its first and main attack, however, this is where I found the bug, its first main attack is an unarmed attack, and after this one it does a bite attack.

Eidolon bug

The "Prayer" spell (casted by one of your party members) affects the Eidolon as an enemy instead of an ally.

Since you reproduced a buncha functionality from Holic's Kingmaker Call of the Wild mod, may we get these as well from CotW or/and Eldritch Arcana Updated? Thankee!
