completion does not work properly for built-in subcommands

Using v0.1.1 with PowerShell 5.1 and cargo v1.32.0, for example, completion for
$ cargo i
results in
$ cargo init Create a new cargo package in an existing directory .

Invisible errors are accumulated by per completion

$Error.Count represents the number of errors of the session.

PS> echo $Error.Count
0
PS> cargo i[TAB]^C # this mean pressing TAB to complete input and then pressing Ctrl+C to cancel command
PS> echo $Error.Count
3

not working in windwos 10 terminal pwsh 7.03

Good work

I searched for a PS Cargo Completion module before I built this. I headed in the direction of code generating it from the cargo cli. Easier to keep upgrading. I'm still testing and will post it to the gallery soon. Just wanted to let you know.
