problem with module

executing the code in python show me the module named "pacman" doesnt exist

requirements.txt

ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement pygame==2.0.0
How to fix errors: update the libs versions

Why after years, you draw seeds separately? Make buffer for it .
Why you check collision for every seed if you can store seeds per tile and check only current tile?
And main question. Why i write it on English?

Replace hard requirements to more soft

replace requirements.txt
to
