Badcoind stops syncing after reaching block 50691.

Have tried re-downloading the blockchain and restarting daemon with -resync.

Using self-compiled 32-bit version 0.16.3.

Error is observed on an Core Duo iMac from 2010 running Ubuntu 16.04.6.

since the 5th of October this has been my problem whenever I try to start the client, i have downloaded nothing nor changed any settings within my computer

On OSX

If you do a fresh install

Start a Fresh wallet and let it run its course it creates wallet.dat nested inside the wallets(directory) Like this image

But If stop the wallet and delete the BADCOIN directory in Application Support and then restart Badoin Qt it doesn't create an identical file or tree structure.

It creates it like this

It creates this file structure with wallet.dat outside un-nested and no wallets or backup directory.

It works just fine as this is more or less the default classic setting but the logic needs to be changed so it re-creates Badcoin datadir identically each time when missing.

And a backup directory... otherwise it's not backing up anymore

It could cause a UX issue

Fatal Error launching Badcoin wallet. This happened after trying to encrypt wallet however I'm not sure that it's directly related because I did not notice this for a few days until the machine was restarted. Mac OS latest version. I have my passphrase stored. Can the wallet be restored? If so what is the procedure?
