The reporter should be able to automatically save the report given a specific amount of time. This is useful in case there is a long time between iterations. For now, autosave based on count and autosave based on time should be mutually exclusive.

A dictionary of statistics, scores and whatnot should be passed to the reporter to indicate the end of the run. A possible way of doing it is to include an argument in the dump_report signature, so that when present it just adds it to the report before the dump.

Methods to freeze and unfreeze the graph should be included in the net_utils module.

Iterations should have the elapsed_since and elapsed_since_natural fields in each iteration. These fields should represent the elapsed time for each iteration since the beginning of the run.
