azure-cosmosdb-springboot-pagination's Issues

Incredibly Slow with Many Pages

Is there a way to go directly to a specific page without starting at page 0 like the VolcanoService code does?

I tried to run this with ~200 pages and page size of ten which requires ~20 requests which takes an unacceptably long time.

If I try to go directly to a page the page request object will say page x of 200 but the results will be only the first 10 even if the page index isn't zero.

Does anyone in this repo have any context on this? If not this pagination support is basically useless and I will just have to upfront query everything and just filter in the code directly for my use case, making requests for every single next page without being able to start somewhere close to where you want to be is just too slow.

But maybe I am missing something to do this.
