Describe your feature request or suggestion in detail

It would be very helpful to have an option to enable a gossip cool down on gambling to prevent abuse. In its current state, spamming the lowest bet provides endless money even with the build in spam prevention. If possible, this cooldown would look at the current bet amount and base the timer accordingly.

Example: Using a simple auto hot key setup to spam the lowest bet, the chances of winning outweigh losses even with the built in negative modifier over time, and you will always end up making profit.

Describe a possible solution to your feature or suggestion in detail

Add an option in the config to enable a gossip cool down on gambling that looks at the bet amount if possible. This would allow for individual timers depending on the bet amount.

Additional context

I'd like to personally have a large bet amount with a 12-24 hour+ cooldown to prevent abuse, but still allow for a fun all-in option where you can lose it all.
