Team , one major problem i am facing is when amazon connect agent disconnects the call , the user status on teams get cleared and working fine but when customer disconnects the call the status on teams side not gets updated . User reamins on busy mode in teams side .

Thanks for the pretty comprehensive guide. We were able to follow all the steps and create the resources. However, when testing, the sync itself did not happen. What would be the common causes for this? What would we need to check?
get user by display Name from teams side
Hey Team , I want to match user by their display name instead of email address . Can You Please tell what changes needs to be done in lambda_function.py o365_get_user_by_email function. It will be very helpful
