Hi @mishra123,
Please check if the subnet that you associated the Lambda function have network routing and access to reach to the Bitbucket server. You can test it by launching an EC2 instance in the same subnet that you associated with your Lambda function and try to access the Bitbucket server from it.

Thanks, @alexfrosa for responding.
The issue was not related to the networking of Lambda but it was an issue with my personal token which didn't allow me to access the repository. When I changed the auth to username/password, it was working fine so I created a new token and that worked.
