Hi @rajddas it seems like the request is not reaching the API Gateway. Could you check the API Gateway and Lambda logs?

Ya Alex, in my API gateway logs and metrics no data have been populated. We are currently in touch with the Bitbucket Server team, lets see what they have to say.

Yes, It was an issue with the bitbucket server. Increase these properties :
plugin.webhooks.io.threads
plugin.webhooks.dispatch.queue.size
plugin.webhooks.http.connection.host.max
It should solve the issue.
